**Prior to attempting to submit a claim, please ensure you have all relevant documents relating to the claim available (receipt, invoice, service provider(s) info, etc.**
Click 'Make a claim'
Enter in service details.
Upload receipts.
Confirm the details are correct and Submit.
Applicable for health, dental, vision, and drug claims included in your plan.

Our pension plan is held by Canada Life, and a treasury board and finance Government of Alberta regulated plan.
We encourage all staff to sign up for the Canada Life app and set up their online account.
Your Canada life account will give you access to how much is currently in your pension.

Voluntary contributions can be taken out under certain circumstances.
The set rate of 5.5% employee contribution and the 6.5% MESC contributes are locked in and can only be accessed after employment - under certain circumstances.
